Thank you for shopping with Ona Vee.

Because our Bridal, Evening, and Couture collections are made-to-order, each garment is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, an Ona Vee manager will contact you to confirm your size or collect custom measurements if required.

Production begins once sizing and measurement details have been confirmed.

Production & Delivery Time

Estimated production and delivery times are:

  • Bridal Collection: approximately 1 month
  • Evening Collection: approximately 1 month
  • Couture Collection: approximately 2 months

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production requirements, holidays, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Ona Vee ships exclusively within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Ona Vee cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers;
  • Weather conditions;
  • National holidays;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Supply chain disruptions;
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Ona Vee is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed to be the responsibility of Ona Vee, we will provide a full refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
