SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ona Vee reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

All Bridal Collection, Evening Collection, and Couture Collection products are made-to-order. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

After an order is placed, an Ona Vee manager will contact the customer to confirm standard sizing or collect custom measurements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are:

• Bridal Collection: approximately 1 month
• Evening Collection: approximately 1 month
• Couture Collection: approximately 2 months

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production requirements, holidays, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, order cancellations may not be accepted once production has begun.

Your purchases are subject solely to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.
